I *really* hate having bootstrap.py copied around.  It's so much nicer  
not to have cruft like that sitting in every checkout.

I use a little script named "bootstrap" that uses "svn cat" to get the  
current bootstrap.py and run it with my preferred clean Python; you  
can also use another buildout to bootstrap using ".../bin/buildout  
bootstrap".
