[ZDP] FAQ feature request

Suggestion...

The Entire Zope FAQ page is nice but would be more useful I believe if
it was prefixed (same page) by a list of one-liner hyperlinks to each of
the various entries in the FAQ.  If these were organized (boldface title
or somesuch)  by category, that would be nice too.

I'm thinking something analogous to the long one-page programming faqs.
Since they're one page, they're easy to navigate quickly (no downloading
pause) and since they're all in one, they're easy to print and read from
beginning to end, browse, scan, etc..
