[ZDP] More Zope membership site comments

For those of you having responsiveness problems, please try again -- I
restarted the site.  This is related to the server problems people have
been reporting.

If you get this within a few hours of 8:30AM Eastern time on Saturday,
and the site seems pretty snappy, please email me personally and let me
know restarting seems to help.  Tks.
