Take a look at zdp.zope.org, the metadocs area has a description of some
ideas on a FAQ tool. Also, read the ZDP archives if you haven't already; there
are discussions on the shape of these tools there.

I don't have time to co-develop such tool right now, but I can help you whip
it into shape. Also I'm a bit of an 'expert' right now on XML Document,
which is starting to look like the right tool for this kind of thing (except
that I'm unsure if it'll catalog nicely yet; I'll have to ask the real
experts at digital creations, can the catalog catalog subtrees of an XML
Document? Such as a question & answer subtree). So I can help you with XML
Document.

I'd propose you kept the discussion on it all on the ZDP list; it's the right
list for it, after all.
