So far I've been happy with Zope, Python, and a plain text editor. I'm
not familiar with the tools mentioned in that article. I'm not sure
you'll find many XML *gurus* on this list, though! The Python XML-sig
may be a better place. Lars

If we seem like XML Gurus, it's just because we use Zope. :)
