Hi !
In this Email I just send the main changes to the ZDP Tool
Design document. The changes all have to do with what actions
members can take when they have a role.
Greetings,

Version History
Version 0.7 22 Dec 1999
Changes:
1. New Role Submitter replaces Contributor. A Submitter is
someone who uploads a Draft.
2. New Role Reviewer replaces Editor. You can say an Editor edits
a document, but I think it is better to have a Reviewer who
reviews document, becaus he looks through the document again.
3. Actions on Documents explained. What people can do on Documents
is fully explained.
4. Explained how Awareness is raised with producing News Items
in Section "Awareness about what is going on in the ZDP project"
Awareness about what is going on in the ZDP project
Who is working on the ZDP project ?
1. Show active members
2. Show inactive members
Search in documents
1. Show documents by type
2. Show documents of a category
3. Show documents of a keyword
4. Show documents by search term
Awareness can be raised by creating a News Item when an Action
takes place. These News Items can be collected with a ZCatalog.
For example, when someone uploads a Draft, a NewsItem is
being produced.
