Zen of Acquisition

To understand this, you have to know that objects are placed inside
other objects. An object which has other object inside of it is called a
container. You can also say that an object is a 'child' of its container
and the container is the 'parent' of the objects inside of it. With
acquisition, the children of each container are transparently visible as
children of each of its objects. Thus a folder contained within a parent
folder seems also to contain all of the children of its parent folder.
While difficult to grasp at first, this mechanism provides unprecedented
power once understood.

Of course, a subfolder receives not only the direct children of its
parents, but the transparently inherited children of its parents as
well. Thus a folder three levels deep has direct access to the children
of its parents' parent.

This really should be much longer to do justice to Acquisition!
