Well, to look at CoolFAQ you wouldn't need a XML capable browser at all.
The XML is only to structure our documents, for ease of design and
interoperability with (any future) XML capable tools.

That said, I hear IE 5.0 has some XML support. I haven't tried it yet,
though.
