[ZDP] REVIEW: Proposed Zope Developer's Guide Outline

I've finally gotten enough time to start thinking about putting together
a full-fledged Zope Developer's Guide.

Today I put together a proposed outline, and I'm looking for feedback.

I'm interested in your ideas about what should be covered and the
general organization of the guide. I'm also interested in how this
project fits in with other ZDP projects (can you tell I haven't been
following the ZDP list too carefully ;-)
