I fixed this this weekend. Had no access to my email though, so sorry about 
the late update.

The printable version now sorts on the id of the items displayed.

Images are now inserted into the documents using a <!--#var ImageName--> 
tag, so they'll render the <IMG> tag with an absolute URL, fixing the 
problem. Tom, in the future, always refer to images in your documents that 
way. You won't have to enter image width and heights either, as long as you 
use GIF or PNG images. For JPEG size detection you'll have to wait till 
Zope 2.0, because my fix isn't included in 1.10.2 yet.
