[ZDP] ZDP

Although, I made the summary of what was talked end august, begin
september, I'm not able to create such a tool, 'cause I'm not very
experienced in Python, nor in Zope 2.0 (also not that good in Zope 1.x)

So I'm not a volunteer for creating that tool.

Who's willing to stand up?
