Just post it on the mailing list. Somebody would pick it up, or we got
two copy editor now, use them (Jeff and Brian). Pick
on of them :)

Put it on the mailing list. Make the process visible. There would be
people that are willing 
to volunteer reviewing it. Others migh casually read and post some
comment about it. About reviewing,
it shouldn't be a problem (writing is :)
