[ZDP] Feedback on zdp.zope.org/guide

It would be nice if you would mark the sections that actually have
content (or mark the sections that need to be supplied - your choice).
Right now, I'm clicking on lots of headings that only contain
'index_html', which is in turn blank.  Kind of a time waster.


Also, it would be nice if the entire guide could be available as
downloadable HTML.  I'm trying to load various tutorial documents onto
my laptop, so I can read them off-line.
