First: you may be better off asking this type of questions to the main Zope
list.
That said:
copy the <zopehome>/var/data.fs file to the new machine and you should be
set. That is, if you don't have any non-standard products (like database
adapters) and/or external methods installed. If so, copy/install them to the
new machine as well.
