[ZDP] ZDP-Tools: ZCatalog reindex

Hi !

There are some ZCatalog changes in the ZDP-Tools:

Now all DocumentFolder subclasses call reindex_object
in the constructor, so they are updated to the ZCatalog upon creation. 

The search for all objects of which a member is Maintainer is
now much quicker, and has some additional information. 
It is at:
/Control_Panel/Products/DocumentFolderProduct/MemberClass/propertysheets/methods/CombinedWhatTypeWhatMaintainer

Have a look at your member page to see the difference. For testing,
you may want to add a document, and see it updated on your member
page:

http://zdp.zope.org:8080/ZDP/members

One problem remains: 

How do I get the real object which is returned by a Catalog
search. It would be really cool to print the breadcrumbs
after the objects, of which a person is the Maintainer.
