[ZDP] Faster page loading, new icons, extended property management

Hi  !


Tom, I have added width attributes to the images in the navigation
bar, and now the ZDP pages load fast as a breeze. Yummy :-)

The new icons for the ZClasses look cool, and could be added to
the Reader views as well. 

Also, you can now change the NeedsWriter and all the other Needs
Properties from the management interface. This can be extended 
to the other properties as well.
