[ZDP] ZCL update on new site

Hi all,

On the zdp site I tried something I hope will work according to your views
and to the site design.

- I created an XML file to store the ZCL under /projects/zbook
It is just a start point. I need now to create the conversion methods to
display the document. I plan to do this on monday.

- I am going to work on and propose processes and tasks for the management
of the ZCL.
