[ZDP] Navigation Zbook cumbersome

Hi,

For someone trying to read/evaluate the current contents of the Zbook,
navigation requires following a lot of unnecessary links. Compare the
french version, if you want to know what I mean.

A navigation / action bar on the left (expanding the current chapter's
versions) would allow a more convenient access, even for contributors.

By the way, thanks for the Zbook so far!

zdp.zope.org/projects/zbook/ZCL/ZCLdisplay does not contain anyting!
