[ZDP] Portal changes

Hi !


I am slowly making progress, and now the second column
is also classified as recommended/not recommended reading:

http://zdp.zope.org/portals/

Now there is also an easy way to recommend/not recommend
reading:

Under each Header, there is a link:

[Recommend reading] or [Don't recommend reading], depending
on the current settings.

This makes it straight forward, and will replace the old way
of setting NeedsReader=0, which is non-intuitive.


Another change is that only the start page has got the big
top with the mole. All other pages now have a much smaller
top part. 


There is a new news Item on the Zope documentation chat.

There is a new section "Chat" where you get
some info on how to chat with other Zope users.
