A problem is that the Howtos and Tips are not indexed by topics/subjects on 
zope.org.

Some time ago I created a PDF compilation of all howtos and tips; it's only 
sorted by title and changed date. Readers often ask if I can provide a 
compilation with subject sorting; so far, it's not possible.

If howtos are referenced on ZDP, we can provide a better list, not just 
another list. Also, howtos can be integrated in "meta-books" together with 
other document types. This would make it easy to create PDF meta-books on 
important topics for easier download and printing.

At best, howtos should be moved to ZDP so that they can be indexed 
directly. Unfortunately, I guess it's just too difficult to arrange for now.
