Snippet: Creating a dynamical uplink 

Creates a hyperlink that connects to the parent folder
of the actual document, whereever that may be. 

<dtml-with getParentNode> 
    <a href="&dtml-absolute_url;">Up</a>
</dtml-with>

Note that you have to incorporate another <dtml-with
getParentNode> if you intend to use this method in a
seperate DTML method file.
