[ZDP] substring search in fieldindex and keywordindex

This can't be done... a FieldIndex treats a value atomically, and you can't
search for e.g. "foo*" or "foo?".  If you need to do a "fuzzy-match" type of
search, a TextIndex is more appropriate.
