    The 'sqlgroup' tag formats complex boolean SQL expressions. You can
    use it along with the 'sqltest' tag to build dynamic SQL queries
    that tailor themselves to the environment. This tag is used in SQL
    Methods.

       sql_delimiter is a variable, not a tag; it's not <dtml-sql_delimiter> but <dtml-var sql_delimiter>. Obviously
       it needs to be documented, and there is currently no mention of it in the Zope Book anywhere (only in the
       deprecated ZSQL Methods Reference), but where should it go?
