    Name the *Report Id* "SearchResults" and the *Search Input Id*
    "SearchForm" and click *Add*.  This will create two new DTML
    Methods in the *AnimalTracker* ZCatalog named *SeachForm* and
    *SearchResults*.

       Assuming in the lastest version this means to select "Generate DTML Methods" rather than "Generate Page
       Templates". Not sure what the latter would be.
