A comment to the paragraph below was recently added via http://zope.org/Documentation/Books/ZopeBook/2_6Edition/BasicObject.stx#4-31

        While visiting the Sales folder, select *DTML Method* from the
        add menu, which will cause the DTML Method add form to be
        displayed.  The last form element on the add form is the
        *Browse* button.  Click this button.  Your browser will then
        pop up a file selection dialog box.  Select the "test.html"
        file, type in an *Id* of "test" for the new DTML Method and
        click *Add and Edit*.  After clicking *Add and Edit*, you will
        be taken back to the Edit form of your uploaded DTML Method.

           In 2.6.1, the button is no longer called "Browse"; it's "Choose File".
