A comment to the paragraph below was recently added via http://zope.org/Documentation/Books/ZopeBook/2_6Edition/BasicObject.stx#3-15

      Create a Folder called *Sales* in the root folder.  Enter the
      Sales folder by clicking on it, then select *Page Template* from
      the Add list.  The add form for a page template will be
      displayed.  Specify the 'id' "SalesPage" and click *Add*.  You
      have successfully created a page template.  Its content is
      standard "boilerplate" text at this point.

         For beginners it should be mentioned not just to create a "Sales" folder but still specify ID and Title (or
         tell them they are free to use whatever for this or whatever for that. :)
