Zope has two "presentation" facilities: *Zope Page Templates*
(ZPT) and *Document Template Markup Language* (DTML). ZPT and
DTML are similar to one another but they have slight differences
in scope and audience, which are explained in a succeeding
section.

If you are scripting markup such as (X)HTML, use Zope Page Templates (ZPT) instead and slap the person who
taught you DTML. Read http://zope.org/Documentation/Books/ZopeBook/2_6Edition/AppendixC.stx for more

Don't frustrate yourself by learning too much about DTML.
