[Zope-ZEO] ZEO-0.4.1 available

I was hoping to finalize ZEO last week, but that didn't happen. :/

I was hoping to get a beta release out today, oh well. Hopefully that
will happen Friday, unless I release 1.0.0 on Friday.

I have made 0.4.1 available on zope.org, at 
http://www.zope.org/Products/ZEO.

I believe the code to be pretty solid and we are using it 
in production.  I think that there won't be any code changes
before the final 1.0.0 release. :)

I do want to add some more documentation, which will be
in the release on Friday.
