OK; thanks, Paul!  This means DCOracle + OracleStorage should
certainly be added.  I can write theoretical setup.py files for them,
but would have no way to test them, since I don't run Oracle and
setting it up would be a big job.

What about the CVS tree question?  Does anyone at DC have opinions
about that?
