[Zope-ZEO] Upgeade to Zope 2.2.2 (or get CVS changes from Friday night ;)

There was a bug in ZODB that caused ZEO clients to sometimes
fail to start up without removing the cache. (This had to
do with the order in which DB objects initialized their data.)

If you are using ZEO, you definately want to get these changes.
The Zope 2.2.2 release was made available yesterday at 
http://www.zope.org/Products.
