That's news to me.  I've just "cvs up"'d in my two copies of the
StandaloneZODB tree (minimally and maximally hacked), and my patch is
still outstanding.  Also, there were conflicts on the update, so I'm
going to have to expend actual effort before generating the patch yet
again.

I've just added this to my current to-do list... it's about #7 on the
list right now.  ;-(
