[ZODB-Dev] ZODB Frontend: SecureZEO

I am interested in a something like SecureZEO, too.

I am not a ZEO expert yet. Maybe something different fits my needs,
too:

Searching a method for accessing ZODB via network. The client should
be a GUI application. Authentication is required.

Maybe Pyro could be used for this. 

XML-RPC via Zope would be possible, too. But I think it would be very
slow.
