Summary: Python memory API woes

Initial Comment:
It looks like we need a more thorough review of the 
various PyObject_NEW() & PyMem_DEL() calls throughout 
ZODB, esp. BTrees.  We've found some more problems on 
the Zope3 branch.

BTreeItemsTemplate.c for sure.
