That sounds like the problem.

There is no file ZEO-2.0/ZEO/README.TXT.

The ZEO-2.0/README.TXT file contains no mention of the cache or its instrumentation.

ZEO-2.0/docs/ClientCache.txt describes what the cache is and how it works but 
not how to instrument or tune it.

Where should I be looking?
