[ZODB-Dev] ZODB4 setup.py?

I've never even thought about installing ZODB4, so I'm not surprised
that it doesn't work.  The build script is designed to build in place,
and option favored by many developers.  

I fear that an install script will be harded than it should be,
because it has to find all the setup() calls in the subdirectories,
also avoid copying the setup.py scripts, and figure out what packages
without setup scripts to install.

I won't have time to work on this in the near future.  IOW, patches
welcome.
