[ZODB-Dev] installing zeo

Here's a work in progress in which I hope to describe HOWTO install,
configure, and administer ZEO:

The irony is that I haven't been able to get it working yet (I've described
the problem in previous posts to this list; basically, ZEO starts, serves up
storage just fine to non-Zope clients, but Zope freezes after starting; ZEO
continues to serve), but writing this has helped me at least articulate what
I've tried as well as what I think I need to know once I do get it running.

I'd really appreciate any feedback on the document.
