[ZODB-Dev] AdaptableStorage collector

I just created an AdaptableStorage collector.  If you have find bugs or 
come up with new ideas, drop a note:

BTW it looks to me like discussions about AdaptableStorage could 
generate a lot of traffic, but zodb-dev has been a relatively 
low-traffic list.  Should we create a new list?  I think we'll want to 
fold a good part of AdaptableStorage into ZODB itself someday, so I 
think the discussion is very relevant to ZODB, but at the moment it's 
still specific to Zope 2.
