[ZODB-Dev] Buglet in zodb configuration mechanism

<demostorage> ZConfig section does not work at the moment, because the
associated Python code (zodb.config line 115) tries to pass invalid
keyword arguments (base and quota) to zodb.storage.demo.DemoStorage
constructor.
