[ZODB-Dev] zodb-dev list policies

More people were in favor of restricting posting to members than were
opposed, so, effective immediately, only members can post to zodb-dev.
Non-member postings will be automatically (by Mailman software) rejected.
This should include all spam and viruses/worms/trojans not posted by a
member (which is the point of the change).
If you post from a non-member account with a valid return address, this is
the message you should get back:
You are not allowed to post to this mailing list, and your message has
been automatically rejected. If you think that your messages are being
rejected in error, contact the mailing list owner at %(listowner)s.
(Many lists on this server are set to reject non-member postings. If
you are a list member but your rejected posting was from an alternate
address, repost from your subscription address, or put your subscriber
address in the reply-to or from address fields. If you often need to
post from an alternate address, consider subscribing the alternate
address and setting its membership options to disable mail delivery.)
It looks like a bug that "%(listowner)s" wasn't replaced. Note that most
(all?) other zope.org mailing lists have also switched to a members-only
posting policy.
