[ZODB-Dev] Installing localizer

Hi to all,
I'm a Zope beginner, I installed Zope (2.7.1) application and it works fine, I already imported some products (like CMS), now I want to install Localizer, but I do not know how:
to install other products I copied folders in "zopedir/products", or imported zexp files, but this doesn't work for the single no extension localizer file (Localizer-1.1.0a3).

Any help is appreciated, best regards
