[ZODB-Dev] zdctl option bugs

This is from zdctl.py:

   Options:
   -C/--configuration URL -- configuration file or URL
   -S/--configuration XML Schema -- XML schema for configuration file

Obviously both options can't have the same long option name.  Neither 
respond to --configuration.  Looking at the code, it seems like 
--configfile and --schemafile should work, but they don't.
