[ZODB-Dev] ClientStorage.__init__ ignores cache_size param?

Apparently, you are looking at strange code:

  The code I see (essentially Zope 2.7.2) does not ignore the
  "client_cache" argument nor is the default cache size of "ClientCache"
  1 MB but 20 MB.
