[ZODB-Dev] Tabular datas legacy into data.fs

we are intending to import a couple of Access/Excel/SqLite tables into ZODB.

Are there nice "Howto's", best practices, or typical snippets for doing this
?
(via CSV and/or ODBC, or whatever...)
