[ZODB-Dev] ZODB 3.7.1 screwed up

Apparently, a 3.7.1 "release" was made in July.  A svn tag was  
created and a tar ball was placed in http://download.zope.org/ 
distribution/. Nothing was uploaded to PyPI and, afaict, no  
announcement was made here.  I didn't notice the tag and made yet  
another 3.7.1 release.  This is an annoying mess.  I'm not sure what  
the best way to clean it up is.  I guess I'll remove the 3.7.1  
release I've made from PyPI and make a 3.7.2 release.
