Running fspack doesn't work with the storage online, does it?  Maybe 
you're talking about zeopack.py.

I guess that's what you need, yes.  Post it once you have it so I can 
include it in RelStorage.  Maybe there should be a "zopectl pack" 
command, if there isn't already.
