[Zope-Annce] ZPatterns 0.3.0 Binary Release (with URL!)

I have compiled the latest version of ZPatterns on a RedHat 6.2 system
for anyone who wants it.  I can't guarantee compatibility with all
distributions, as it's compiled against glibc 2.1.2.  This release will
work on all the CodeIt machines.
