[Zope-Annce] Smart Sections 0.2.0

Hello everyone,

after the big fiasco of version 0.1.0 and 0.1.1 I had to add some default 
objects and properties that will allow Smart Sections to work right out of 
the box.
When you now create a Smart Section, it will automatically create the 
'isFormContainer' Property and the 'Forms' Folder for you, which caused all 
the grieve in the previous versions. I also added an 'index_html' by 
default, so you can view and edit the Smart Section right away and see how 
it can be used.
And of course: I removed some of the most annoying bugs!! (I did not have 
time yet to work on Tables some more, so do not expect them to work well yet.)

In order to ensure that the product runs now on a clean install, I 
installed Zope 2.3.2 (Zope 2.3.3 breaks Transparent Folders), added 
Formulator, Transparent Folders, OrderedFolder and SmartSections to the 
install and created the Smart Section inside a 'Test' Folder. Since an 
'index_html' is generated, you can simply use the default 'View' tab of the 
Folder.
