Easy Publisher is a complete professional web content management system
developed with the Zope application server. Easy Publisher comes in a
Personal Edition that is free for personal, non-commercial use and
evaluation.

 - WYSIWYG editor with link and image dialogs and upload
  (requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6.0)

Easy Publisher requires no Zope or HTML knowledge to get up and running. It
is aimed at non-Zope people, while retaining the full flexibility of Zope
for the Zopistas.

The Personal Edition is only available for Windows. The Corporate Edition is
available for both Windows and Unix environments.
