[Zope-Annce] Silva 0.8.3 released

Hello everybody,

Infrae has released Silva 0.8.3. Silva is an open source through-the-web 
authoring system for structured content. This release incorporates various
bugfixes and new features, among others an improved infrastructure for adding
new Silva object types to the system. It also comes with an upgrade script to
upgrade 0.8 installations to the new version.
