[Zope-Annce] Formulator 1.3.1 released

Hi everybody,

Formulator 1.3.1 has been released. This is mainly a bugfix release, with 
some features added to the XML serialization as well. Many thanks
to Clemens Klein-Robbenhaar for the fixes.
